After sustaining a life-changing spinal injury as a teenager, Dave transformed personal adversity into a lifelong commitment to improving opportunities for disabled people.
Through his leadership, Warrington Disability Partnership has grown into a nationally recognised charity that champions independence, inclusion, and equality. Dave is also a Deputy Lieutenant of Cheshire and was awarded an MBE for his services to disabled people.
